Awesome vinyl and fast shipping!

I just received my limited edition colored vinyl of 'The Dark Side of the Moon' and it's absolutely perfect! The packaging was super secure, no dings or anything. I ordered it on a Monday and it was at my door in New York by Friday, which was really fast for international shipping. I can't wait to spin this tonight. Decent selection, minor packaging issue

I purchased a Funko Pop! figure and a Rammstein hoodie during their seasonal sale. The hoodie arrived quickly, about 7 days to Ohio, and the quality is pretty good for the price. It's a proper licensed item. The Funko Pop, however, was just put into a box with some paper, and the box for the figure itself had a slight crease on one corner, which was a bit disappointing for a collector. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, though. Overall, a solid place for merch, but they could improve their packaging for collectible items. I'd still consider ordering again for clothing or records.

You usually have a good window, like 14-30 days I think, but you'll probably pay for return shipping unless it's their mistake.

is Plastic Head a good alternative to Rough Trade or Norman Records for vinyl? I'm mostly into metal.

Definitely for metal! Rough Trade is great but PH has a massive metal selection. Different vibes, but PH has more of that specific niche.

They're pretty different. PH is more general merch and metal/rock vinyl. Rough Trade and Norman Records are more 'indie' focused and have deeper catalogs for certain genres. Depends what you're looking for but PH is solid for metal stuff.

I usually go a size up for band tees just to be safe, especially if it's a UK brand. My experience with them is they can run a little snug.

Their sizing is pretty standard for band merch, I'd say. If you're on the fence, maybe check the product page for a size chart, sometimes they have them.
